Reveely

Privacy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This is a working draft. The final text will be reviewed by a lawyer before the paid launch.

Below is what data Reveely processes, why, and for how long. We collect as little as possible and don't track you across other sites.

Photos leave your device already cut out

Cutting out faces happens in your own browser. Only the cut-out head is uploaded — never the original photo. Photos sit behind private, time-limited links; the link to your reveal grants no access to individual photos.

The secret

Boy or girl is stored encrypted and only appears at the moment of the reveal, per visitor. Even we can't see it beforehand, and it's never in the page before the reveal.

Counting visitors without tracking you

We count unique visitors with a daily-rotating, hashed code based on IP and browser — no cookie, no lasting identifier, no cookie banner needed.

Email addresses

We use your email address only for the management link and the expiry notice. An address for the sealed envelope is used once, to send that link.

Where your data lives

Everything is in the EU. We use processors for hosting, database, payment, and email, each under a data processing agreement.

Retention

Reveal content is really deleted after it expires, including from backups, within 30 days. Invoice data is kept separately for 7 years due to tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data. Get in touch via the contact page.
